Stop using negative words or phrases such as: Skint, nightmare, exhausted, starving, knackered, fucked, meaningless weather chat, at the end of the day, it is what it is, pissed off, I can’t be arsed…..the list goes on.
We hear them often and probably use them extensively. It relates to a previous adaptation – Avoid pointless chat, but can be practised on a micro level. The words you use speak volumes about you as a person. It makes a strong statement about the depth of your thought and understanding.
It is hard to practise, but is a good tool in developing self control and discipline.
