#17 – Stretch

Everyone kind of knows this and yet it is such an underused gift, especially for men.

I’m not suggesting you don the yoga pants and practise downward dog in the living room each day. A simple 8 minutes light stretching as soon as you wake will change your day significantly. The benefits are;

  • Greater amounts of energy
  • Less prone to injury
  • Increased blood flow
  • Reduced aches and pains
  • Improved posture

Stretch prior to training and stretch after. Stretch in the shower and when brushing your teeth. Its not just about flexibility, it also increases strength. Get on Youtube for the moves if you don’t already know.
